Salted Egg Palmier combines the rich and creamy salted egg yolk with sweet and crispy palmier perfectly. It has been the fan favourite since launch, and we want to explore more possibilities of this ingredient! We developed 2 new flavours to join the Salted Egg Yolk Series - Golden Pork Floss Palmier and Golden Shrimp Palmier.
New Flavour · Golden Pork Floss
Different from our current Pork Floss Palmier, the palmier is layered with a spread of salted egg yolk paste and pork floss on top for second bake. Sweet and salty, fluffy and crunchy, creamy and buttery in one bite! Salted egg sourced from local expert Hoi Yuen Egg Shop, instead of red clay which is commonly used, Hoi Yuen uses wood ash in the fermentation, that results in sweeter, creamier and more fleshy yolk.

Use By Date: Products with no preservatives and freshly made to order. Use By Date is 90 days after production. Please note the Use By Dates on packing and consume as soon as possible.
Produced in a factory where gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fishes, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts and their products are also processed.
