Salted Egg Palmier combines the rich and creamy salted egg yolk with sweet and crispy palmier perfectly. It has been the fan favourite since launch, and we want to explore more possibilities of this ingredient! We developed 2 new flavours to join the Salted Egg Yolk Series - Golden Shrimp Palmier and Golden Pork Floss Palmier.
New Flavour · Golden Shrimp
Inspired by the dish Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp, it is reimagined to be your daily snacks! Sakura Shrimp is folded into the puff pastry for the first baking. Then the salted egg yolk paste is spread and more Sakura Shrimp sprinkled for the second bake. After baking, the Sakura Shrimp's aroma is richer, the umami pops out and the texture is very crunchy, making it a good combination with the sweet crispy palmier, and the flavours are rounded off with creamy salted egg yolk. Salted egg sourced from local expert Hoi Yuen Egg Shop, instead of red clay which is commonly used, Hoi Yuen uses wood ash in the fermentation, that results in sweeter, creamier and more fleshy yolk.

Produced in a factory where gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fishes, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts and their products are also processed.
