The palmiers are handcrafted and the recipes are modified to use less sugar than traditional ways. Less that sweet, same that tasty! Puff pastry using ingredients from France, the palmiers are crispy and buttery.

Salted Egg Palmier
Savor the depth and unique creamy and buttery flavors of salted egg yolk which pair perfectly with sweet, crispy palmier!

Sakura Shrimp Palmier
After baking, the Sakura Shrimp's aroma is richer, the umami pops out and the texture is very crunchy, making it a good combination with the sweet crispy palmier. Another sweet and salty flavor that tickles your appetite!

Pork Floss Palmier
Crunchiness and fluffiness of meat floss and puff pastry blending well together; sweet and salty in one bite!

Salt & Pepper Palmier
Pinch of Maldon Sea Salt enhances the flavors, and black pepper adds depth and spice to the buttery palmier. Like eating chips, but it's puff pastry and that just makes it even better!
