Pork Floss is a local childhood snack and mysteriously we don't eat as snacks anymore as we grow up. We miss this classic! So we fold pork floss into the puff pastry, bake and wait for the magic. The crunchiness and fluffiness of these two blend well together, and the sweet and salty flavor just make you crave for more!
