Do you offer free delivery?

For Hong Kong, we offer free delivery for purchase at HK$300 or above to your address.

Do you offer self pick-up?

You are welcome to pick up at our Kwun Tong address at Room 6, 6/F, Sing Win Factory Building, 15-17 Shing Yip Street, Kwung Tong, Kowloon. Please indicate preferred date and time under "Add a note" section in Shopping Cart. Our Customer Service will contact you to confirm. 
Kindly note for bulk orders, the order lead time may take longer.

Which courier company do you use?

SF Express for Hong Kong area. The shipping fee is HKD$37 for any orders below HK$300.

How long is the order available?

The usual lead time is 2-3 workings days in total after order is confirmed. We freshly produce upon receiving new orders, and will be available for self pick-up or delivery. If there are any public holidays in between, our Customer Service will contact to confirm delivery date.

For courier delivery: Tracking number will be notified by email after parcel ship out. Under normal situation, the parcel shall arrive within 1-2 business days. Please refer to SF Express website for order tracking after parcel ship out.

For self pick-up at Kwun Tong:
